How can I create a ticket?

Please follow this steps! 

  1. Log in to your portal by clicking here!
  2. Click here to create a new ticket
  3. Select the department and urgency 
  4. Describe the issue in brief
  5. Create a Loom video for better understanding
  6. Submit the ticket
  7. We will respond to the ticket in 24 hours!
